The Ukraine National Coalition for Integrity, a recently established
organization, is pleased to announce the launching of its electronic
monthly newsletter. The purpose of the newsletter is to inform interested
parties about the anti-corruption activities conducted by the
organizational members of the National Coalition, increase awareness of
anti-corruption programs in Ukraine and other countries, and disseminate
information about the rights and obligations of citizens and government
