SCHEDULE FOR REST OF TERM
There are three things to schedule:
PRESENTATION OF THESIS
Meeting BEFORE Presentation
Follow up Meeting
NOTE EVERYONE must schedule these three things. You may scheule more meeting if you need them. I may schedule them, if I think you will need them.
Check this page regularly as meeting schedules change as people sign up.
PRESENTATIONS:
As of seminar on 3/7 some slots were taken. If I do not hear from each of you by
March 23 [thursday after break] I will schedule by lottery for the remaining slots.
NOTE WELL: you may only change your presentation time by TRADING with someone
else.
I will accept NO excuses for not presenting.
WHY? In order for a seminar to work as a seminar, and to finish within the allotted time, we must stick to a schedule. Better to present a half-done thesis than not at all.
NOTE TOO: The meetings for presentations are mandantory. Schedule the rest of your life around them. THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSED ABSENCES. [All this is a repeat of earlier documents and discussion at beginning of seminar].
